3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Standard Accounts

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Must provide accurate personal/business information
  • One account per individual/company

3.2 Underage Accounts (16-17 years)
Special access requires:

  1. Parent/guardian share a content letter to inquiries@smartjobssl.com.
  2. Verification process (3-5 business days)

4. Service Structure

4.1 Job Seekers

  • First 10 job applications: Free
  • Subsequent applications: Annual membership fee applies

4.2 Employers

  • First 10 job postings: Free
  • Additional postings: Annual membership required
  • Premium features available for paid subscribers

5. User Obligations

All users must:

  • Maintain accurate profile information
  • Not share login credentials
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
  • Comply with all applicable laws

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  1. Post false/misleading information
  2. Engage in illegal activities including but not limited to:
    • Fraud
    • Discrimination
    • Human trafficking
  3. Harass other users
  4. Circumvent payment systems
  5. Use automated scraping tools
  6. Misrepresent age or identity

7. Content Policy

7.1 Job Postings Must:

  • Be accurate and current
  • Comply with labor laws
  • Include legitimate compensation details

7.2 User Profiles Must:

  • Contain truthful information
  • Not include offensive content
  • Respect intellectual property rights

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Payment fraud
  • Harmful behavior

9. Fees and Payments

9.1 Membership Fees

  • Annual subscription model
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • Non-refundable except as required by law

9.2 Payment Methods

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Approved digital wallets

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  4. May remove content at our discretion

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • User misconduct
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Third-party actions

13. Dispute Resolution

14. Modifications
